"zadi" is the feminine form of a Persian patronymic suffix, meaning roughly "descendant." Thus the daughter of a Persian shah would be called "shahzadi." The term may demarcate "royal" Peri princesses--i.e., all the Perizadis may be Gheti Afroz's sisters, the daughters of the king, or just Peri women more generally.
